  Store#3465 has some of the rudest, most inhospitable, nastiest associates. Today I went to renew my box and Tanekia didn't greet me and when I asked her how she was doing, she didn't even have the decency to say "I'm fine and you?" When I left I told her to have a good rest of your day and still no response... not even a "thank you". l believe if a customer is patronizing your business the least the rep can do is be friendly and cordial. It would be one thing if this happened ever so often, but more often than not the quality of their service is horrible. The Only reason why I go to this location is because I don't want the hassle of changing locations and how I conduct my business. If it wasn't for that I'd never go into this store again. UPS needs to do customer service training with many of the associates at this location before your lose business... or at the very least put the ones that aren't friendly in the back and away from the patrons.

  I have this rating because this location is the only location I use. The hours and the convenience to my house. The staff are friendly and very engaging while assisting the customers. They know me by name.

  Girl working at the register, either cant read or to lazy to type in a tracking number. So she reprinted a label, and never scanned in the 2nd package I had. Reprinted label was placed on the 2nd box, not the 1st box. I didnt catch it because my receipt had 2 tracking numbers, surprise, Its the same tracking number twice. Logically that should be impossible. It gets worse, instead of the packages being returned to sender because of duplicate labels, they just got sent out, because of course they did. So now I have a 280$ package that was supposed to go to cyprus that I cant even file a claim for, UPS 1800 number that is telling me to file a claim and refusing to transfer me to a supervisor, and the "Manager" in the store refusing to give me the Area/Regional manager's contact information to get my issue resolved, because they are utterly incapable of being held responsible for anything at all. On top of that, they have a key holder/opener that doesn't know how to do anything but check in packages, and say next customer, the store is open for 2 hours before the "manager" arrives who is capable of attempting to resolve the issue, but ultimately is incapable, and tries to pawn me off on the 1800 number, because as I said, they are incapable of dealing with any amount of responibility or accountability for their actions or employee's actions.

  04/19/2026 First, let me say that the 3 young ladies that was working. Very pleasant, customer service was exceptional and the store was neat and clean. Tierika helped me out with packing the things I needed for shipping. I will return for my shipping needs to this location. They all need an increase. Customer Service in Montgomery isn't in some places policies. So I am very pleased with this location. Thanks young ladies for the experience. Go to UPS Store on Zelda Rd for your shipping needs.

  Because my phone wouldn't let me send email and I went to UPS Store and I got the service done all in one with no hesitation quick and receipt with confirmation that it was sent .Thanks to Stefany for being patient and her assistance was awesome I'll be returning.
