  I paid for next day air on a Friday before 6pm and was told by the employee David that the package would be there by Sunday and that if not I could come in for a 50% refund on the package shipping. Today I discovered the package will not arrive until Monday and ground (which is much cheaper) would have arrived Tuesday. Some of the fault is mine for not understanding UPS policy with the accuracy of the employees, but be sure you get a confirmation of the date before paying for the more expensive delivery option.

  Fast, Friendly service. Store personnel demonstrate an attitude of caring professionalism. Customers leave with a feeling of trust and confidence that their shipment is safely and expidiciously on it's way.

  This UPS Store is always prompt. The store is well organized and the customer service has always been good. When there is a line, the customer service representatives work hard until every customer is serviced. One of the best stores that I have visited to conduct/ perform Amazon returns.

  Terrible customer service. I went to pick up a package I had ordered from Amazon and the man rudely told me first I had to run 37 laps around the complex. Once I find someone who will give me what I ordered I will never have something shipped here again.
