  Do NOT depend on FedEx to get your packages to you on time. They will give you a date and time and if it's after 4 they will post a weather delay notice when there is not a cloud in the sky and multiple weather apps and services say there is ZERO percent chance of rain. I took a day away from my ailing father's bedside to wait all day on my package and now I have to do it again tomorrow! I immediately called customer service and while they were very friendly they pretty much said there was nothing they could do because the vehicle had already been taken off line. The supervisor I spoke to called this office and they verified that no authorization had been given for a weather delay and they would speak with the driver when they returned. I feel she went above and beyond to get the information but this is not the first time this has happened. I will not be doing business with FedEx again because I need my packages on time and my time is important. I'm furious and frustrated. I just hope I don't get another "weather delay" again tomorrow.

  I filled a complaint on March 13th on a delivery driver name Brian Armstrong who delivered a package to my house one morning, then came back later that night around 10pm asking can he talk to me! It was super creepy and scary! Now that same delivery is failing to deliver my packages! He has returned 3 of my packages because I told him to stay away from my house if he isn’t delivering my packages and filed a complaint immediately!! FedEx has done absolutely nothing about him lying about my packages being undeliverable or he can’t find my address when he has clearly delivered to my address before!! I have never had an issue until this particular guy picked up my route! Now I fear for me and my kids safety
