    Rude employee snatched an item out of my hand. Once I addressed her she argued back with me. Saying how long she worked here. Offered no apology. Said something in her language not english as I walked out I said what oh I wasn't talking to you. Sure. I'm sure she doesn't snatch or talk to the caucasian people this way . Respect all.

    The rudest staff of any UPS location I’ve ever been to. Very disappointing. Don’t try to smile or say hello, they want none of it.
