  Helpful, kind and patient. I had no idea how to return this Amazon package and the girl was so nice to me and help me the whole way through. They had a line, phone calls and took every single call and person with a smile. Thank you UPS Store!

  Had a package that was shipped to me via UPS and brought it back to UPS store to return to sender in it's original shipping box and was told by the associate that it couldn't be shipped because it identifies the contents and had to purchase 2 bags for $10 to cover the box! Ridiculous and stupid. If it was shipped and delivered to me in the original box, I should've been able to ship it back the same way. Double standards are unacceptable and not necessary! This needs to be rectified immediately.

  Efficiency is key for the most part. But the way i was helped by the people in store made a huge impact. Was my first time shipping without a return label and they walked me through it. They made it a breeze.

  All my recent visits have been Amazon returns, but I am not very tech savvy some days. The young lady who works the opening shift has ALWAYS been nice, efficient and patient with me. Highly endorse this location.

  Every time I come here the employees are so rude. I was serviced today and the woman didn't say 2 words to me. She did not greet me when I got to the counter nor did she prompt me on what I needed to do I had to continuously ask questions.
