    My package has been with you for a month. You're keeping it delayed and why are you keeping it delayed? I live in Foley, Alabama. Why aren't you shipping my package? The Fedex customer service representatives on the phone were all terrible; none of them were helpful, they just talked nonsense. I regret it. I ordered a shipment from Turkey via Fedex. It still hasn't arrived.
