  I haven't been to Subway in a long time. This location is convenient but I quit going because the service was always bad and they never accepted coupons. I heard they were under new management so I decided to give them a try again. I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to use my sub club buy one get one discount. I realized I needed another sandwich after I placed the first order, so I placed a second order and tried to use a regular coupon code from the sale ad, but it did not work, so the second order was full price. When I got the sandwiches home, we started eating and realized something wasn't right. The two sandwiches that were on the BOGO order were very thin and we realized the ham was missing. The regular priced sandwich was fine. I tried reaching out to the store, called multiple times with no answer, and I left a message with no return call. I also reached out to corporate with no response. It's bad enough that you don't accept most of the coupons, but when you withhold half the meat when a coupon is used, that's just a whole other level of bad business. I could understand if it was a mistake because you were busy, but the place was empty. You should have at least called me back. I will not be going back to this location. I will drive miles down the road to another location from now on, at least being able to use the coupons will make up for the extra drive.

  Did the bogo order and this is what they gave me for my sandwich. That is actually pathetic. Will no be going here again.

  Very nice lady always waiting with a smile. Helps me figure out what might be best with condiments. Very good service and i tip her well. The only subway i go to when in town. Great Job!!
