  I, personality, was not in the store on Cottage Hill St. my 82 year old deaf relative with some cognitive issues was. He had walked in the heat to get food. He waited an hour for the store to open. The young man behind the counter took care of him and me and my anxiety as I tried to handle the situation from long distance. He called uber and got him a ride home. I will forever be grateful for his act of kindness.

  We placed an order online for pick up. Both of our 6 inch subs had hardly any meat or veggies. Neither sub was toasted like requested and the grilled chicken was so chewy. would not recommend eating here. The women working wasn't polite; so poor customer service as well.

  Mrs Kat is amazing! She is always so nice and so quick with the orders, my meals always taste perfect and I feel great coming to this location after work ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! She cares about the customers so much I thought she was the owner, she is awesome!!
