  This FedEx Office Print & Ship Center provided a straightforward and efficient experience. I stopped in to drop off a package for shipment, and the process was handled quickly and professionally. When I walked in, the employee was already assisting another customer by giving detailed directions, taking the time to be patient and genuinely helpful rather than rushing them through. That level of attention stood out immediately. Once it was my turn, the same employee seamlessly shifted over, took my package, scanned it in without delay, and provided a receipt. The interaction was smooth, organized, and courteous from start to finish. There was no confusion, no waiting around, and everything was handled exactly as expected. The store itself was clean and well laid out, with clearly marked sections for packing and mailing supplies. It felt easy to navigate, even for someone just coming in for a quick drop-off. Overall, this was a very pleasant and efficient visit. Good customer service, especially when consistent across multiple customers, makes a difference, and this location delivered on that.
