  Worse experience. Custom service won't help if you've let your plan lapse. They refused to unlock the phone I purchased so I can take it somewhere else.

  I had gone in here for issues with my cricket phone... the young lady was very helpful..... went back 2 more times to buy a new phone from her specifically and that girl was not in either time .... did not purchase

  I'm no longer with this company but wanted to say that Bee at Airport store was a wonderful customer representative! She was always in great spirit and made even the worse of day seem brighter. Thank you Bee. (Account was my then fiance' Shelby Mulford but you still knew me by name)

  I had a wonderful experience going in to pay my bill. The lady there was amazing! She has great customer service skills. Ill most definitely go back to this store!
