If I could give this no stars I would. Absolutely horrible experience. Extra pickles does not mean throw an attitude and literally make more pickles than bread on my sandwich. The moment I walked in the through the doors she was not willing to comply with health food regulations for a sea food allergy. The manager on shift had to step in and make it known they would wash a new knife so someone in my group not would die from cross contamination. She didnt finish our order just wrapped up the sandwiches part way made us pay and was a miserable person. Will not be coming here again. Id rather drive to Montgomery than deal with her attitude or lack of customer service skills or putting 3 pickles on a sandwich and getting mad i asked for extra.

I’ve been to this Subway several times, and every visit has been a great experience. From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted and welcomed, which makes a good first impression.
Today, I wasn’t sure what I wanted, so I asked them to surprise me. I also mentioned a few things I don’t like and that I preferred it on a certain type of bread, and they made it exactly how I described without any hesitation or attitude. They were professional, kind, and very accommodating.
I usually only write reviews when something goes wrong, but this experience was too good not to share. It’s not always easy to find consistent good customer service, and I really appreciated the smiles and positive attitude from the team.
