Went it to return an item that was never opened not damaged and was a wrench still in the package, the lady said without a physical receipt and "her not knowing me personally" as she stated there was nothing she could do. So basically stating if it was someone she knew personally she would return the item no questions asked? She Wouldnt look my account up by phone number in the system for proof of purchase on my account. Do not recommend shopping here!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
