  The store at 7590 Hwy 72 is amazing. Very friendly staff, responsive, expedient, and friendly. Unfortunately some of the other UPS stores aren't responsive at all, nor are they friendly when you go in. Maybe they are very busy and overworked, not sure. But, the hwy 72 store is wonderful. Very accommodating and friendly- Sarah particularly.

  Avoid this UPS Store at all costs – 7950 Highway 72 West, Suite C, Madison, AL 35758 (Store 8097) I used this location on October 20, 2025, to ship a book via 2-day air service for a birthday deadline. The package was not delivered on time, and I completely missed the occasion. Since then (over six months), I have repeatedly requested a refund or another remedy. I’ve visited the store multiple times. The manager claims a claim was submitted to UPS, but the ownership group has completely stonewalled me. Every attempt at contact, discussion, or resolution has been ignored with nothing but excuses. This is not how a reputable shipping service should operate. If you value reliability and basic customer service, do yourself a favor and drive the extra distance to literally any other UPS Store or shipping option in the area. This location has lost my business permanently, and I will never use them again.

  Hunter greeted me on entry, I explained what I needed. He completed the task conferring with me making sure everything was correct. I could tell this young man enjoyed his profession.

  The people working here will do anything they can to avoid having to do their job. They will reject refuse or give you some other bull crap reason as to why they cannot ship a package for you. save yourself the trouble and use the post office.
