If the professionalism of the staff is a 1, then I would rate every category a 1.
The young man behind the counter, who identified himself as the owner/manager, was rude, unprofessional, and difficult to understand. I was attempting to use a promotion through the Subway app and was showing him the deal I wanted to order because the app appeared not to be working properly.
I remained polite and did my best to clearly explain the situation, but he seemed unwilling to listen or help resolve the issue. Rather than trying to satisfy a customer, he became argumentative, raised his voice, threw his arms up in frustration, and ultimately told me to leave and that he would never serve me again.
I was absolutely flabbergasted by the way I was treated. In all my years as a customer, I have rarely experienced such poor customer service from someone claiming to be the owner or manager of a business.

Last weekend, the manager at this location went out of his way to help me resolve an issue with placing an order in the app. He was incredibly attentive and welcoming, and I really appreciated that he recognized me as a regular. His level of customer service and hospitality truly made the experience stand out.

I really liked this Subway location mainly because of the customer service. The staff were very friendly, patient, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted without rushing me. They had a positive attitude, which made the whole experience better. The place was also clean, and the food tasted fresh. Overall, I had a great experience here and would definitely come back because of how welcoming the staff were.

Super sweet lady who works there's in the mornings, amazing food and good portions. Most subways skimp you but she made my sandwich look like the commercials! (Not to much though greedy big man if your seeing this, just enough that it's actually what you pay for) And I'm very greatful with how kind and considerate she was with me and my coupon troubles!

Im very tried of this subway or at least with the older lady "manger" that works there I've tried to go in and order And they've stared at me and turned off their open sign so i couldn't come in 20 minutes before close and the older lady "manger" came into the pizza hut next door while i was picking up a order shouting over the counter at pizza hut workers Very unprofessional
