  If I could give FedEx negative stars I would. I order “Live” fish and scheduled a pickup at the Madison location, only to be told my shipment missed the plane from Memphis to Huntsville. My shipment didn’t “miss” its plane. Some incompetent worker didn’t pay attention to the “live” fish on the box and didn’t care whether it made the plane or not. I got the run around on the phone from some lady that sounded like she was from Bangkok. Supposedly upgraded my case, but did little good because it’s been 36 hours since I was supposed to pick up shipment. Multiple fish dead now due to nothing more than incompetence!

  So ridiculous drivers are so lazy they can't put a package completely on a porch. My items are delivered constantly hanging off my porch to get wet when raining. Its so bad I've had items left in my driveway for everyone to see when driving by and no covering from weather elements. If you dont like your job you shouldn't take it out on others who are paying for a service.

  If you need to return Direct TV equipment, this is the location for the area. It was our 2nd attempt at doing finding the right place. The process was quick and easy, once we got there....best of all, we didn't have to box anything up AND it didn't cost anything at all! The people who were at the first pl we went kindly gave us the correct address, too.
