  What good is a shipping center that can't print labels for their own system, 'go to UPS' is the official response from fedex employees at this site, be forewarned.

  As this is for the FedEx Shipping Center (not a local branch or driver), I'll leave a review for that. Since the move to Jetplex Lane nothing but exceptional service has been received. As a Logistician, I appreciate the easy drop off service and quick service to provide a receipt. Employees at the desk have never failed to act professionally in my presence even when confronted with hostile customers upset about services beyond their control. On the downside, employees fill the customer parking spaces for the first several rows, and with me delivering many large packages often, this is problematic. The handicapped parking in front is often full of employee or customer vehicles not wanting to walk the extra steps. The input feeder to supply packages to the scanner/scales is far too short, fills up well before I'm done loading it. The storage room for these packages is far too small, have seen the attendant stacking boxes over her head so she could scan more. And they are often low or out of shipping supplies.
