  Im so sick of dealing with a computer talking and not a human being You cant talk with anyone unless you have a tracking number. The company that sent me a package can’t find the tracking number so im screwed. I wanted to update my account and put my first name on my account so that isn’t happening either. If it had my first name i could have looked on my fedex account and shown I’ve got a package. Technology is good to a point but sometimes we need to speak to a human. ZERO STARS for this company. Common sense is just thrown out the window

  Didn't know this was here I was able to drop off my express package. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable.
