  Both staff were professional and friendly. Help me purchase a battery after checking on function of one in truck. Installed in minutes. Were really nice. Started to rain and they did it getting wet. Fast and efficient. Thank you Advanced Auto parts.

  I shop here frequently and the last couple times I’ve been in they only have one person working the counter. Ended up waiting 10 or 15 minutes. Hire more people!

  I was in town for Christmas and my battery that Walmart (Titusville, FL) tested as good a couple days prior, kept dying. The crew at this Advance went above and beyond to test my battery and give me a report to bring back to Walmart to get a warranty replacement. Knowing that I wasn't going to buy a battery there, they were still so nice and helpful. Five stars just doesn't seem to be enough for my experience there!

  Verrryyyyy disappointed in my experience here. I came in for a car charger while my sugar was dropping and my phone was on 1% so sort of an emergency. I asked the employee if the charger i grabbed would fit all iphones bc i couldnt read it on the package. He told me yes. I went to test it and it didnt work. I took it back in & the employee huffed and puffed bc i ripped the packaging to open it. WOW. truly rude and unprofessional. I waited while he focused on taping this damn box back together instead of helping me to maybe find a different charger. He didnt even say out loud he was giving me a refund just told me to put my card in & he very clearly had an attitude. All over a box! I wasnt comfortable buying a pop for my bloodsugar at this point i just wanted to leave. I wasted 10 minutes & my sugar dropped even more. Truly ruined my night. I understand having a bad night but dont take it out on your customers.
