  Honestly this story manager sucks (black girl I don't know her name,not Chris). Both times Ive came up here locked. it says online, open. The store Open sign is on and the time hour says open. Why are we "open" if the door is locked and no one is a no show. Management needs to change. I had a lovely girl take care of me when I had to go to 3 different towns because the one who managed leeds and pellcity couldn't do her job properly. Do better PLEASE!

  Every time I have been in this store the customer service has been great.. On Labor day the Manager was there and she was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL, solved my issues also very friendly. I will not go to any other store but this one now.

  Chris the store manager was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! He went above and beyond to fix an issue that was created by another cricket location! But if y’all ever need great customer service go see him!

  Chris Burton is awesome, best experience I’ve had with cricket,, have been a customer for many years and never had some one so nice and helpful
