  We stopped by around 9:30 EST/8:30 CST last night, 8/12/26. The owner of this Subway needs to know that we were refused service. There were 2 women working and one of them was on her cell phone sitting at one of the tables. She said "we are closed and we have a new closing time at 9PM". This was 30 minutes before closing time. We have been in before around the same time to get a quick sub to go, and we were served, but last night these two ladies were adamant that they didn't want us in the store. Not sure what was going on, but there was plenty of time enough for me to order 1 item to go. Truly disappointed in the service.

  Horrible experience. Got yelled at by a trainee named Brittany for not telling her all the sandwiches in the order she wanted. She mumbled and kept getting frustrated when I asked what she said.

  Service was terrible..did a door dash. (GM was in control that day) Even though there was advertisement for full menu there was no option for sandwiches on doordash. They did not answer the phone when I called. Called doordash, they called them and they said the system would be up in 15 mins. 15 mins later, still nothing up. So I ordered the salad (even though I did not want it). Pick up the salad. Mention the error and all the GM said was I have to come in to order. Was not sorry or anything. Just O well. So I reported her. Normally a great place. Do not let her run it often in my opinion. Gm name was becky.
