  Well I have only been with cricket for a few months and I first bought a I phone 13 and had it 30 days it crashed and they want make it good told me I had to go through apple so I did my phone was defective so I then bought another phone and guess what it was used and now they are telling me I can't get a refund until Monday because it's Sunday and they don't have enough money in the store to make it good

  I went to this location Jacksonville, Al. to get my phone serviced. I'm so, so, glad I did! I was greeted with a big smile and hello, then, a how can we help you today?!? The two employees that were working, they were fantastic!!! I am definitely making this store my cricket store!!! By the way, I did get the names of the two employees before I left.
