  Schae was so helpful and so sweet!!!!!! We were panicking trying to get a package out same day and she spent extra time helping us with a smile 🥹 The package ended up being late and the Fedex agents via the 800 number were no help and lied about delivery. However, Cari from the Irondale location is helping me and I am so grateful!!! Corporations are terrible, but the local Fedex in Irondale has been nothing but wonderful. I do NOT recommend the agents on the 1-800 number. They are not helpful at all.

  They need to fire are cut they hours for FedEx delivery drivers in Irondale Alabama. They lie about ringing doorbell bell put in false information after second attempt saying incorrect address after first delivery given me a door tag. You reap what you sow. Plus a blame management system for this out right foolishness with they unprofessional service. Update: Customer service center C242444960 Refer# 48973 was able to get another driver the same day to deliver the Apple product that was ordered. Thanks

  This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, and it felt like blatant racial discrimination. As an Asian customer, I walked in simply to send a package, but I was treated with clear disrespect and indifference. The staff member showed no willingness to help, avoided eye contact, and ignored me repeatedly. I tried to communicate three separate times, and each time I was dismissed as if I didn’t exist. I have no idea what I did to deserve this kind of treatment. I remained polite and respectful the entire time, yet was met with nothing but cold and unprofessional behavior. No customer should ever be treated this way. This experience was humiliating and unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
