This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, and it felt like blatant racial discrimination.
As an Asian customer, I walked in simply to send a package, but I was treated with clear disrespect and indifference. The staff member showed no willingness to help, avoided eye contact, and ignored me repeatedly. I tried to communicate three separate times, and each time I was dismissed as if I didn’t exist.
I have no idea what I did to deserve this kind of treatment. I remained polite and respectful the entire time, yet was met with nothing but cold and unprofessional behavior.
No customer should ever be treated this way. This experience was humiliating and unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
