  I Did NOT appreciate the GM refusing to accept a gift card unless IT'S a PHYSICAL CARD and stated that it could be a scam gift card through Prezzee! I'll never shop there again!!! I will report this to corporate as well.That GM was very rude and very disrespectful.Had me paying cash for no reason!!! GM accuse me of scamming talking loud and wrong!!

  I can’t say enough good things about the team at Advance Auto Parts. I went in twice for a battery replacement and even stopped by a third time just to ask for some advice. Every visit, Marcus and Brian went above and beyond to help me. They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely polite. They took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was taken care of correctly, and never made me feel rushed. Their customer service is outstanding, and it’s clear they work very hard to take care of their customers. It’s rare to find employees who consistently provide this level of service. Marcus and Brian are a huge asset to this store, and I’ll definitely be returning because of the excellent experience they provided. Highly recommend!

  Went to get it put on the machine to see what was wrong. He came out to put it in on. He couldn't get it to display anything. I feel like it was broken

  Don't bother stopping here if you need to test your battery or alternator. Their machine is down.

  they tell you you can't go in the store They profile you I went to buy a light bulb for my car and the worker told me I couldn't go in the store that their restrooms were not public but I wasn't go to the restroom i Was going in to buy a light bulb I told him so this store is not public
