  So there’s a sign that clearly designates where you’re supposed to collect your mobile or pick up order. But God forbid you actually stand there because it “discomfabulates” the team (I don’t know what that word is either). Obviously, the wings are good, but that’s owing to Wingstop as a brand. Each time I go into this location I’m waited on by someone who is either embarrassingly ignorant or just plainly rude. So if you have an expectation of receiving high-quality customer service, this location is not the place for you. And if it is so hard for the team and workers to differentiate the areas between the mobile pick up and taking an order at the counter, then might I kindly suggest that the sign, that clearly indicates “pick-up”, either be removed or reworked. Having people there there with some common sense might be helpful as well.

  I had the worst visit at Wingstop The food was horrible I didn't get what I ordered The wings tasted like they were refried The french fries were soggy and greasyl I spent way too much money for the food that I received
