    Black lady working today 5/16/2026 was very inpatient with me I was speaking clearly but since I have an accent she humiliated me in front of other customers and said she didn't understand me and forced me to pay more money for my package to be delivered I did not see a name tag and she didn't want to provide her name. When are we going to learn to treat each other like humans??? Seems like never with these type of people working in the costumer service field. Bad experience!!!

    Lisa was knowledgeable and very quick to respond to my extremely urgent printing need in an early Thursday morning. I was impressed not only with her great service, but with the high quality printing that I received- I did not think that was possible in such a fast turnaround. Thank you, Lisa!
