  Can I leave 0 stars? I needed two documents notarized for my children. The unhelpful woman said they don’t notarize anything concerning children, which is a pretty common reason to need a notary. Don’t advertise that you’re a notary if you don’t complete basic tasks.

  I go to this UPS a lot. The folks behind the counter are very helpful. Casey (I hope I am getting her name right) is always helpful to the point I find myself waiting until she is free so that she can assist me.

  I have read the reviews. I have also been in several of the stores, for returns on items with UPS labels. The management/franchise owner IS ALWAYS RIGHT, and ignores basic customer service. Never have I witnessed so much disrespect for customers, when a company IS IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS. I strongly recommend, you use a nearby FedEx location, FedEx does believe in customer service. I do understand the management will argue on this post as well, but to those customers who tried in being fair, taking the time to point out dissatisfaction, please TRY FEDEX, you will see, night and day difference. Thank you.
