I really don’t understand why businesses have operating hours if they are going to close down early. But even if so, don’t be rude about being closed. Staff was rude and unwilling to even hear my request. I just wanted to grab some cookies that I had promised my students at school. My question was a simple “do you still have any cookies out” which I I would’ve been satisfied with a yes or no answer. But whoever was working this night just kept shaking his head and saying I closed 5 minutes ago” over and over without even hearing my request. Terrible customer service.
Great customer service and good food
If you must eat here, watch them make your sandwich. Don't order through the app like I did. I ordered a Philly cheese sandwich for a family member and when he tried to eat it, the sandwich fell apart. Even worse, there was only a few crumbs of meat on it. It basically looked like a mayo sandwich that a 3 year old child would make. The sandwich was so nasty we had to throw it away. We sent a complaint through the Subway website two days ago and no response.

It was great service and very very clean and my sandwich wasn't thin as always it was full and good
I've been a regular at this location for over 3 years, visiting 2-3 times per week. I've watched it go downhill lately, but what happened this evening was the final straw. I'll be driving the extra few miles to the other location from now on.
Here's what happened:
I walked in and waited in a short line for about 10 minutes - totally fine. When I finally got to the counter, the newer employee started making my sandwich. Then the older gentleman told him to stop and work on 4 to-go orders first, even though he'd already started mine.
So the guy stops working on my order and switches to the DoorDash orders. At this point, I'd been waiting close to 15 minutes. Instead of helping his clearly struggling coworker get through the orders, the older employee just stood at the register chatting with a customer who had already paid and had his food in hand. He talked about some concert he went to when he was younger while I stood there waiting.
The newer guy is still learning and was moving slowly - he hadn't even gotten the bread, meat, and cheese on one of the 7 sandwiches. I kept waiting, thinking the older employee would wrap up his conversation and help out. Nope. He just kept chatting about concerts and music.
Look, I'm not expecting royal treatment, but I am a loyal customer who's been dedicated to this store for years. They know exactly who I am. To tell someone to stop making my food for other orders, then stand around socializing instead of helping - that's disrespectful and honestly just rude.
