  The owner or whoever seems to operate this location is extremely unaware of how to operate the system. I’ve eaten at many subway locations across north Alabama and in San Antonio and have never had to pay for a sub because of the rewards program. It’s always this specific location that does not know how to get the entire bill cleared out to zero. I try to make aware of how the rewards system is used but they throw a fuss and attitude and give up. Extremely uneducated owner. Unacceptable.

  I clearly see why this store location has a 3.8 rating. I never come here, and the one day that I do decide to come I wanted a Philly cheesesteak. Hours of operation say 8: 30am it's 8: 40am and there's not a sign of life in the building smh
