  Checked online, said FedEx could do visa photos with specific size. I went, showed them the size and they just handed me the standard US passport photo size (not visa, as required for another country). Didn’t even look at the requirements I brought in, didn’t even try. Apathetic customer service.

  The nicest / most helpful staff I’ve ever met at a store. I’ve come in to this facility several times. Always get the same guy , Ethan. Anytime I come in he is so incredibly helpful, kind, and has such a positive attitude. He has even come out to my car to help me move big boxes I was trying to ship that I had a hard time carrying in the store. It really makes a difference in my day every time I’ve shown up frazzled and Ethan handles everything cool as a cucumber without even breaking a sweat. Bravo! And thank you for great service.

  Markella was awesome did a great job packing my stuff and so nice . This is why the postal service is not doing so good they don’t care .but FedEx is awesome
