  Just opened a new account with them and got the newest Samsung Ultra! Shyla C was very nice and helpful! I'm glad I picked this location to help me out! Prices are great as well! I was paying over $100 for one line with my old provider

  I have been paying for about six months for a line on my account that I don’t have the phone. I’ve tried using the website and app to disconnect said line and there’s no way. I went in to this store and as soon as I told her what I needed she said call 611. I don’t know my pin so I get no where. Very unhelpful.

  Everytime I've gone in to this store in particular, the staff have been incredibly helpful. Some of Cricket's policies are confusing and it can be difficult to resolve certain issues. Shylah and Danny have always been incredibly professional, patient, and forthcoming with information I need. I have greatly appreciated their help during my transfer - especially Shylah! She is an absolute rockstar ✨
