  I was recently driving through Huntsville when my car battery died—incredibly inconvenient. Realized I was only a couple of blocks away from Advance Auto Parts, I took a stroll over to see if anyone would be willing to help. There, I came across employee Rocky Collins, who graciously offered to lend me his portable jump-starter. This completely saved me. Thank you, Rocky! When I returned the jump-starter, I was welcomed back inside for a complimentary battery test. If that is not A+ service, I don't know what is. Thanks for the help, folks, and a special shoutout to Rocky!

  Reviewing Store #9150 and employee Rocky Collins: I had a great experience at the store. Rocky was very knowledgeable and quickly found the part I needed for my 2001 Toyota MR2, arranging for next-day pickup. The store was well organized, and he was very helpful in guiding me to other items I needed. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

  Came in one day last week needing my battery checked. Dead battery was my diagnosed problem. This store is the best! Very warm and welcoming! And glad to see women in the industry!! Keep up the good work ladies and staff!!!

  I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts. The staff was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They helped me find exactly what I needed quickly and made sure I understood everything before I left. Customer service was excellent, and the store was clean and organized. You can tell they genuinely care about helping customers instead of just making a sale. I’ll definitely be coming back for future car needs and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality parts and great service!
