  Overcharged me for a oversized box for the product I shipped with them through eBay. An item no more than 3lbs. Later get a charge to my card saying the item I shipped with them was 32lbs and the dimensions changed completely. Even while preparing to ship the item off, they got an oversized box and heard the employees say they were going to cut it in half. Fraudulently and sketchy practices at this location.

  The customer service at this location was wonderful! We came in right before closing and the ladies working were so helpful and kind!

  I took an order I was returning to company to store and the girl didn’t know what she was doing and it got sent back to me. I then went on a Friday eve and complained to another employee and said he would take care of it. It got returned to me a second time!! It’s been 4 days and they can’t put a simple return label on it. So infuriated!! Such incompetent people

  The manager Kalyn was amazing today. She was able to help me with a more difficult print job, and she did it so fast! Would definitely recommend anyone come get their prints made here. The picture quality is fantastic as well!
