  Best customer service I have seen. They stayed late for me and saved the day when I needed something notarized last minute. I can’t thank them enough! Wonderful location.

  This store created fabulous new business cards for me. Zared emailed me proofs, incorported my edits, emailed me new proofs, incorporated those edits, and produced a great finished product. This level of service and diligence went above and beyond what one would expect from retail operations.

  This location is consistently the worst UPS store in town. They have very poor customer service skills and a very bad demeanor.

  The staff are nice, but they are understaffed at times, like Saturdays where there is one person behind the counter. The internet is very spotty in this store making it very hard to access Amazon return codes. They really need to get an Amazon return counter—it’s so much more efficient than clogging up the store with people doing a bunch of returns at the counter.

  I had a “mega fax” with a crucial deadline. Zared made it happen and stayed with it until we got the OK that it had been received. I sure appreciate my Valleydale UPS Store and their staff!!
