I helped my son mail packages for items he sold on Vinted. We tried the self-serve area, but the barcode from the sale didn't work so we got in line. The employee helped us take care of it smoothly and quickly. Would recommend.

My latest Package on 8/19 arrived torn open and the linens inside were dirty. Their truck has to be filthy. All my packages I get from theem are dirty on the outside. They are expensive and need to clean their truck

La atención es pésima primera vez, que me encuentro con un FedEx que sean maleducados y se molesten por no hablar inglés 100%

I needed a poster printed for a trip and Kris was amazing! I had to custom order it and she walked me through some of the details on the phone before I finalized my order. On top of that, the laminator machine was down this morning after we talked and one of the associates (I wish I got her name) made a special trip with my work and another customer’s project over to the Inverness location to get it done just to make sure everything was ready for pick up today! 100% above and beyond customer service form them both! Thank you!
