  Went about a week ago and was disappointed. Went today and was yet again disappointed. The restaurant is clean however they dont stand by their quality, dont honor their prices, and dont honor the advertised deals that are literally posted on the windows. Their sandwiches are soggy and taste way off compared to the Hazel Green location. I dont know what's up with this location but something needs to change.

  I think this is one of the cleanest subways I’ve ever been in. Also regardless of when I’ve stopped by the staff is always so nice and friendly

  Delicious Philly cheese s sub. With spinach and sweet onion teriyaki. Carrie makes the best sandwiches. Guy I was with had Italian BMT and two meals was$24.

  The younger ladies were rude on night shift the older woman was friendly and more respectful and polite I always go to that store and I’ve always said this store was clean and how I enjoyed the older lady because she always helps us

  This is going to be a long review I frequent this subway multiple times a week for myself & family of six. I would like to acknowledge all the high school girls that work there, they do a great job. But specifically two that I’m impressed with. I’m not sure of their names, it’s hard to see a name tag. The first is a small girl with blondish hair & wears glasses. The other is not much bigger has brownish-blonde hair & wears it curled. Every time I come in they are working very hard, always friendly, greeting customers & polite. I appreciate such good work ethic & customer service especially from young people. I believe they deserve acknowledgment. But here’s my issue. As I stated, I come into the store multiple times a week. There is an old woman that works the night shift with these teen girls. This woman is rude and disrespectful and to be quite honest she’s lazy. When I come in these girls are working there behinds off. She is literally doing nothing. She is always sitting at a back table watching videos or shows on her phone & eating while there is a line all the way to the door and these girls are working steady. I’ve even walked to the bathroom and seen her through the Employee door just standing back there watching them work. Heaven forbid one of these young girls make a mistake or what she deems a mistake. She will yell at them practically getting in their face all in front of their coworkers & customers. This woman has no place in management & I’m not even sure she should be in Customer Service. The owner of this Store needs to take a long hard look at this woman’s behavior and reevaluate the situation. I have been in management for 25 years. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve attempted to leave this review multiple times, but then decided not to. But i’m at the point that I cannot keep silent any longer. The owner needs to be aware of how hard these young girls work (probably very little pay) especially the two that I mentioned & these teens are the ones running this store at night. And how horrible that woman treats them and the lack of help she gives them. If things do not change, I will be taking my family business to either the Fayetteville or Meridianville location.
