  The problem I had was that they did not take the coupon I had when I ordered my food. When I asked why, they told me the owner said that too many people were abusing the coupon. When I asked what do you mean abusing? The manager proceeded to say that people were giving out coupons to other customers in the store. So from now on I'll go to another Subway that does take coupons.

  Every since the new owner from Prattville bought it, it's been a mess. He cuts the meats, (bacon and roast beef), in half. You order a foot long but you're getting a 6 inch serving. I question the young lady about it and she replied " We just had a meeting again the other day and that's what we were told by the Owner, to do and if they didn't / don't like it they can go somewhere else ".
