  Terrible customer service the representative did not listen to me. I paid extra money and the package never moved i was told it would be picked up at 4P.M. and it was not it is still where i left it. Never again will i trust ups. This is not the 1st time i have had problems with ups this is the last time i will trust them with my packages ever again. It was promised to be to my daughter by the 4th yeah sure not happening.

  I observed the young man at my UPS managing 6 different customers in quiet dignity. He was alone in the store but did not get flustered. He multitasked with all of us and got the jobs done. I have never witnessed such efficiency at that level of employment! No one rolled their eyes or complained cause we were all being helped simultaneously. He will be successful wherever he lands in life…but I will remember UPS because of him. I wish I had his name.

  UPS is an absolute terrible way to ship any package and this location is proof of that today I had only one of my packages to arrive I was expecting three to make matters worse one other package was left at my residence that wasn't mine and most likely my other packages were left somewhere else! This could all be avoided if the delivery driver would read the address on the packages and match it with the house number and street address. It's like they could careless as long as it's close which is why I dread having anything delivered via UPS. You can count on your package being damaged or lost forever! 😡

  The staff is always helpful at the location i use. Eli was very knowledgeable and helpful. He does a really good job at customer service.
