  Do not go to this store unless you want a light sandwich for a hefty price. I understand why I was able to just walk right in to no wait during rush hour. No one in town wants to eat there. I am 57 years old and have seen more than 100 subway sandwiches made in my lifetime so I know when i am shorted meat and a piece of cheese. I let it go, get it toasted and when it comes out I ask for lettuce and tomato. The lettuce did not cover the entire sandwich ( asked for a little more to at least cover the bread) then the tomato's didn't cover the entire sandwich as well ( I had to ask for more again). So I get to checkout and THEY DO NOT HONOR SUBWAY COPUPONS! No where on the coupon was there an exception/exclusion for a steak and cheese sandwich. I was told the coupon was no good and that I must pay full price. I said excuse me but I frequently use similar coupons at other locations and have never had a problem. Again I was told the coupon was no good that I must pay full price. I told him he was incorrect that I wasn't paying full price and left the manager to eat the sandwich themselves or throw it away, as strolled out the door, never to return. Went to Jacks, friendly service with good food. I feel that the shorting customers of sandwich ingredients and not honoring coupons are at the direction of management to save money.

  THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I CAME TO THIS LOCATION IN OVER A YEAR AND HALF. THOUGHT IT MAY HAVE IMPROVED OVER TIME. WRONG!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS FREAKING HORRIBLE. THEY DON'T LISTEN AND THEY TALK DISRESPECTFUL. I HAD COUPONS AND I EVEN TOLD THE GIRL THAT I WAS USING COUPONS AND WHICH ONES. MY COUPON WAS 2 FOOTLONGS FOR $12.99. THE GIRL KNEW WHICH ONE I WAS USING AND NEVER MENTIONED THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE COUPON FOR THE STEAK AND CHEESE FOOTLONGS THAT I ORDERED. INSTEAD I GOT TO THE REGISTER AND WAS TOLD THAT I COULDN'T USE MY COUPON. THE OTHER EMPLOYEE BROUGHT OUT A LITTLE THING THAT SHOWED WHICH ONES THAT I COULD ORDER WITH THE COUPON. WHICH IS BULL AND I DON'T BELIEVE THAT I SHOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY FULL PRICE CAUSE IT WAS NOT TOLD TO ME WHEN I TOLD THE GIRL THAT I WAS USING A COUPON. THAT THE SUB I WAS ORDERING WASN'T PERMITTED WITH THE COUPONS. 💥 IN MY OPINION I BELIEVE THEY NEED TO AT LEAST PUT THE "RULES TO THERE COUPONS IN THE FRONT GLASS WHERE EVERYTHING ELSE IS! I'LL JUST CONTINUE GOING TO FALKVILLE. THIS PLACE IS DEFINITELY NOT UP TO PAR.

  Me and my girls came in to eat today 6/30/26 and all staff was incredibly nice. The food was fresh and we love our cup and cookies!
