  If I could give zero stars, I would. The service was fine, although they couldn’t figure out how to swap my phone from straight talk to cricket. However customer service was awful. I took my 2 year old son with me. And he is a very curious baby so of course he ended up behind the counter checking everything out. He placed his hand where their keyboards are but did not touch it. The young man behind the counter working there then proceeded to grab my sons hand and sling it off of the desk. I will not be going back to the Hanceville location.
