  I got there at 730 when they close at 8 after trying to get help thru chat online with no success, Cara, was very polite even though I am sure she was ready to close and go home as I know I would be, she solved my problem in about 10-15 minutes when I had spent over 2 hours chatting with someone else online that ended up just disconnecting from the chat without even telling me he was disconnecting. I was not very happy with Cricket Wireless when I got to Cara's store but she fixed my problem quickly and was super nice too!! I hope i haven't spelled her name wrong but she was awesome!

  Just wanted to say thank you for helping me get service switched over to my son's new phone. Y'all were very helpful and thanks for the wonderful conversations lol the two people working the day I came in were very friendly and changed my mood instantly the moment I walked in. Thank you for all y'all's help.
