  I have a cricket phone and never have trouble with service. They do not take care of old customers. I need a new phone and they are bad expensive.

  Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been. If you have a problem and try to call they don’t answer. When it finally times out it says they have a voicemail that hasn’t been set up yet. Then try calling customer service and wait for an hour on hold not to ever speak to someone because you finally give up. Cricket wireless is awful! Do not sign up for this!
