  The women at this store are absolutely amazing, they take care of everyone with care and extremely quickly, this is probably the quickest UPS store I have ever been to; they are extremely professional and genuinely kind. Will choose this location over any others if ever possible. I couldn’t speak more highly of this location.

  Absolutely awful. Sydney gave us the worst attitude on both days we went in for packages. I watched Sydney be really nice to the customer in front of us and when we walked up to the desk, she shook her head as we talked to Caitlin. Sydney completely changed her tune when talking to us versus the lady she previously talked to. She just has a very obvious distasteful attitude toward us and we haven’t been rude or anything to her.

  Horrible experience. Shanice should NOT be working with customers. Was rude right off the bat and very unwelcoming. Instead of listening to my issue or trying to help she decided to continue cutting me off and arguing with me. I made a point to say I tried calling multiple times before going just for her to say “well I can’t help you because you didn’t call before you came” and immediately after another team member mentioned their phone lines are down so calling isn’t available and she still wanted to argue and raise her voice at me.
