  Placed an order on the app and the order did not go through but my card was charged. Tried to call and no one answered so my daughter drove up there to see if it went through. They said they didn't have an order for us and there was nothing they could do about my card being charged. They told me the order may come through their system eventually but what good does that do. Both employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Called the 1-800 number to only be able to talk to a chat bot. Will not return to this location.

  One of my less favorite Subways in the area. It's hit or miss on how your food & service will be. Sometimes it's decent, sometimes it's lacking and staff can be off-putting.

  Subway made a big deal about their new rewards program and how great it is. Big deal, this store never honors it. I really wish somewhere in this town would open up some competition against them.

  Employees are always rude and act like you are a burden or bothering them when you walk in the door. Found. 6 inch hair in my sub last week. Wish we could get a firehouse subs

  I ordered a footlong 5 meat Italian sub, along other sandwiches, I checked my order before leaving because I ordered on the app. My footlong was only a 6 inch, Jessica was very helpful by making the other part of my footlong!!! She's the reason I'm giving 5 starts on service. Thanks girl!!! But the man working with her made the other half of my footlong, it's terrible. I wanted light sauce but I looks as though he didn't pay any attention to that. And the sandwich was just sloppy put together.
