  I had excellent service from Devon, I was able to quickly and easily restore my service and he made sure the process was comfortable, enjoyable and informative. I was very impressed with his customer service skills; Great conversation, a very positive attitude, very comfortable atmosphere, I never felt rushed to make a decision and he easily explained all my questions. I am impressed overall :)))

  Sooo..We activated a phone today with cricket.First time using this service.We are pleased with the phone service,prices and most of all the customer service.We were helped by Janet.She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied..thanks

  I have only visited twice and the first time my experience was wonderful but the second time, not so great. The girl did not want to help me at all. She had some friends in the store sitting around and was more worried about talking and entertaining them than helping a customer out. I cracked my screen and went in to see about another phone. Although I have insurance, I wanted to see about getting another phone. I inquired about a couple of phones and just so happens they were all sold out that same day. The last one I asked about, her comment was "what about it"? I left and went to the ATT store to see about getting my service switched over. Once my plan runs out next month I will be taking my service elsewhere. This isnt how you treat a customer just because you don't want to be bothered and are more worried about socializing with your friends. I'm sure I'm not the only customer you have lost due to this rude employee.
