  Guy working the counter was talking on his personal cellphone and told me to “hurry up” with my order so he could get back to his phone conversation… Didn’t get my order correct and did not seem to care. Would someone care to explain what was so important he had to ruin my sandwich and my day? I would understand if it was an emergency but he was just laughing with whoever was on the other line… On his personal cellphone, not the store phone… Won’t be visiting this location again.

  I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of paying attention to the online app ordering experience from this store. I ordered 2 5 meat Italian footlong subs through my app. I wanted them on Italian herbs and cheese bread and double toasted. I even wrote in all caps on the "special instructions" to have them double toasted. I also ordered oil and vinegar, Parmesan cheese, black olives on one sub. Hardly any black olives were on it, half of the sandwich had all the stuff on it and the other half hardly any. It was sloppily made and no oil and vinegar or Parmesan or subkrunch was on it. I don't think they bothered reading the order. They didn't have it on the correct bread or even toasted once. It's not a busy location. The restaurant is empty most of the time and it was empty now. I paid over $30 for my order and it's not convenient to take everything back to complain. This isn't the first issue I have had with this location and it will be my last. I will drive somewhere else to get my online orders from now on
