  I broke my phone and thought about leaving cricket and I tried but att wanted too much money down so I decided to stay, I came in the store to get a new phone and Sarah was amazing she helped me with so much that day, her customer service was above the norm, i usually hate going to the phone store bc it takes forever but Sarah made the visit pleasurable.
