Jonathan did a great job assisting me with my phone issues. He was patient and willing to make sure that my phone was good as new. He also taught me how to use my SKEI watch and helped me connect it properly to my phone!

I was on vacation and tried to get my new phone working. I was unsuccessful and decided to head to the Cricket store. I believe the young man's name was Jonathan. He was very helpful and very professional and friendly. My phone is now working just fine. Thank you so much for helping this grandma out!!!

I broke my phone and thought about leaving cricket and I tried but att wanted too much money down so I decided to stay, I came in the store to get a new phone and Sarah was amazing she helped me with so much that day, her customer service was above the norm, i usually hate going to the phone store bc it takes forever but Sarah made the visit pleasurable.
