  I broke my phone and thought about leaving cricket and I tried but att wanted too much money down so I decided to stay, I came in the store to get a new phone and Sarah was amazing she helped me with so much that day, her customer service was above the norm, i usually hate going to the phone store bc it takes forever but Sarah made the visit pleasurable.

  If I could give zero stars, that is what this location would get! The females in that store were both rude and incredibly unhelpful! I say "females" because neither woman nor lady would adequately describe either of them! All we needed was a sim card, but all we got was attitude!! Once I spoke to the representative with customer service, I was told they could have easily sold me a sim card. When I called the store to ask who I needed to speak to to file a complaint she hung up on me! I suggest if you want people to continue to use the services in this store, you should put someone in that has experience in customer service.
