  Long lines out of the door year around. Crowded and hectic and no personal service. No friendly service. Step up pay your crap and get out. I hate going. MOST DREAED THING TO DO OF ERRANDS! Always put it off until the last second. No matter what day/ time you visit it’s a nightmare. This is the only place to return many on-line orders. We need a store in Colbert County and another in Florence.

  Nearly 25 minute wait time before even getting the chance to see talk to someone due to lines being so long & workers having no idea how to do their job

  They are definitely working as hard as they can. Ever think about a second location on the other side the river. Muscle Shoals, Tuscumbia and Shelffield. Just throwing it out there.

  I had an amazing experience today. I had a really large package and had somewhere to go, so I was panicking a little bit trying to bring it inside.Stephanie came all the way out and help me take the package inside Because she saw I was struggling. I really appreciate it their kind attitude and how helpful they were.
