  Website wouldn’t take my rewards off for some reason and barely any veggies on my sandwich. Literally a sprinkle of lettuce. Also, just because I don’t want my sandwich toasted doesn’t mean I don’t want my meat heated. I don’t know when subways stopped doing this but it’s gross.

  Upon entering the restaurant, an hour before closing might I add, I was met with rolled eyes and annoyed faces by two lovely young women. My sister greeted the two, to which they replied with... *crickets*. They huffed and puffed until they about blew the glass between us down. Big fan of subway and I have absolutely NEVER had such terrible service at a subway and honestly probably any restaurant I've ever been to in all my days. I understand starting your closing task before closing to try and leave on time but mopping around customers an hour before closing AND making smart, under the breath comments about customers (yes my sister heard you) is not only unprofessional but immature. So I will not be returning to this subway... I'd rather eat dirt than deal with this service again. Also, I have NEVER left a negative review like this but this was such an exceptionally terrible experience, I felt it necessary.

  My husband bless his heart. My name is place and got me a sub for Mother’s Day and brought at home wasn’t thinking about it didn’t check it before you left. Nothing It was totally wrong. I couldn’t even eat it. He had to eat it. I was so heartbroken and so is he because he was trying to do something for Mother’s Day and it didn’t work like he wanted to and he doesn’t wanna go back up there and ask for Avery make he’s scared to do that so I didn’t know what happened because I’m not going to, but I hope that they see this and I hope they will make it right because I’ll never go back there again. It was crazy. My husband is not a person to show his feelings that he did. He was so upset because he was want to make it great for me because I wasn’t feeling so good so I didn’t make it. Feel any better and he now feels like he failed Mother’s Day because this whole ordeal so I won’t be going back.

  Found a hair in my very messy sandwich 🥪. It was hard to eat. I didn't complain about the hair because I was to tired and hungry... just wanted to get home. I had a sandwich not to long ago and it was perfect, to why I ordered again today. I will be good after this for a long while again. Thank you.
