Food was normal subway food, service was ok but not overly friendly. Floor was nasty stick almost tripped once because my foot stuck to the floor.
I came in here once for a DD, and after being pleasant and saying, "hey, how are you?" The black girl at the counter looked at me like I killed her dog and refused to even speak to me. I'll never know what her problem was, because she refused to tell me anything about the order I was supposed to deliver, I just had to guess that she hadn't even started it yet because the pickup rack was empty. The place was empty, I just saw her doing the slowest and most careless job on a sandwich I've ever seen and unassigned. Since then I refuse any order from this store, for the love of God do not order delivery from here you will regret it

Amazing staff and service!!

The build-your-own concept is still the main draw. You choose your bread, protein, toppings, and sauces, which makes it easy to tailor a sandwich exactly how you like it. Classics like the Italian B.M.T. and Turkey Breast remain popular, and the newer menu refreshes have added more variety with updated ingredients and combinations. The vegetables are usually fresh and crisp, which makes a noticeable difference.
Placed an order through the app, walked in to a store with no customers in it and said I had an online order. Immediately the woman of color worker starts attacking me saying "you just put the order in, it's not gonna be ready right away it's gonna take 20 minutes"; I said that's fine and sat down at a table. The lady proceeded to make the order right away. When she was finished she put the subs on the counter in a bag, I went to go grab them and she starts attacking me again saying "just so you know they not gonna be ready that fast next time" and that set me off. I snapped back at her saying "why do you keep attacking me, I told you it was fine and I'd wait in the beginning, besides the store is empty you have no customers in here" . I had a few other choice words with her and left. Employees here need to learn to chill and not be yelling at customers from the get go especially when I said the wait was fine and patiently waited for the food to be made. Don't tell me one thing then do the opposite and yell at me for it. Nasty. This worker should be fired.
