  Tonight I ordered online to give it a try. It was 30 mins before closing. My order pick up was at 942. I picked it up and got home NO bacon salt pepper oil vinegar or extra mayo. I normally leave a tip when I go inside but tonight Im glad I didnt. I would have went back or called but the store is closed. I will call tomorrow because at the prices we pay for things...surely we want what we want on it. Smh..

  I go here a lot and have never complained but today was the LAST STRAW the older lady with short hair has always always been horribly rude especially if you ask for more than one sandwich. The ONLY time she is decent is when her manager is there. Today I got 2 meals and a 6 inch as well I grabbed a medium cup, mind you this was a to go order, when I got the drinks I noticed there were no lids for the medium cup so I asked the lady if there were more. Her response...."No we are our and I don't know what to tell you, HE is very particular about the cups so you can't have a large" I calmly explained I paid for the medium and was not going to down size and offered to pay the difference for a large. She made a huge deal and said" fine take the large cup it will be me in trouble" Im so over every single time I go in there being treated lole less than a paying customer!!!! I will not be going back!

  I’ve been into subway several times, there is an older woman, short hair, and she is RUDE. She huffs & puffs when I say what I want on my sandwich, she always has a smart remark, and Lord forbid you get more than 1 sandwich. When I ask for more than just 4 bell peppers on my footlong sandwich it’s always an issue. It has happened to me, it has happened to the people in front of me, it has happened to people after me. Tonight I went to subway, and the lady was once again, RUDE, and on top of that my bacon is raw…. I’ve said several things to the owner, yet nothing has been done. So if you go to subway, beware of the older lady with short hair and glasses!!!
