  Charged me $3 to print my Amazon label. I usually go to Callaway FL where it's free... $1 would of been okay... But $3 is robbery... Do better

  Amazon return experience has gotton horrible. One time, it is just bring the item and UPS handles the rest, now this time, I am told no and must purchase a bag. The staff is fairly rude the few times I have came to this store. Another time standing around or trying to ignore that customers are around and continue to pack other boxes or looking busy. This wasn't the case today but after having different outcomes of Amazon returns and today the rule is this and tomorrow is that. I will not be back at this store.

  I was very disappointed in my transaction with Ms. Quaintance. I was sending a package. She asked for my ID and I provided it without hesitation. After providing my ID, I said that I didn’t know why showing it was necessary. It was a rhetorical question. She started an explanation and I said I didn’t need an explanation. She just kept going with the explanation and I, for a second and third time, said I didn’t need an explanation. I thought she was very rude. As I was trying to speak she talked right over me. I took my package and left. I would not want to deal with her in the future. I don’t think she has a good way of dealing with customers.

  Came in to do some amazon returns. Convenient location and easier to get my returns done at the self serve kiosk rather than letting them scan my returns and bag them for me. I like doing it on my own so it's nice they have the self serve one.
