    My eyes are still burning from the smoke and the nasty fragrance they sprayed to try and cover it up. Doesn’t work FYI. What is this, 1970? It’s ridiculous. We’re in 2026 and I shouldn’t feel like I just walked into a dive bar when I enter a UPS Store. Terrible environment.

    Absolutely despise this place. Some of the rudest people work there. The wanted to charge me $74 to pack 2 boxes I already had packed but they said it wasnt good enough. I went to Lowes and literally spent $4.75 and did it myself. Amazon said put in original packages I did that, UPStore nope, thats not good enough, we can reprint the label and pack it for about $25, screw this place and the rude employees
