This is one of the best subways! Super friendly staff all except the worker Lorena. She has the rudest attitude and I hate to say it but I’ve watched her be so rude to black customers. Today was the worse. I bought a pizza last night around 8:40pm got home and bit into it and something tasted spoiled. Realized my phone was dead so I didn’t call it in last night due to falling asleep! Got there this morning pizza in hand but my cousin had the receipt and wasn’t home. She acted like she couldn’t find my receipt in the computer but found others. With a nasty attitude she said you should have called last night, if you got two pizza why was yours the only one not good, then just started taking peoples orders as if I wasn’t there. Told me she called the manager but the manager didn’t answer! A lie! She’s always so rude to me! I asked for extra peppers one night she gave me 1. When I asked for more she got and attitude and asked me what else. I just left the whole sandwich. Also today she gave a black guy the wrong sub when he came back and told her she blamed him and with the same attitude she gave him he gave to her telling her how could I when you handed it to me. She fixed him another with a nasty attitude! Even a white couple was like yeah she got a nasty attitude! My thing is how did you find all the receipts but not mine. Talking about she don’t she no receipt for $16 and some change around 8:30/8:50.. I’m sorry but she needs to be let go. Even other works have told me they complained on her and she still there! I need to owner to retrain her or tell her to go work somewhere where she don’t have to deal with customers service! Then I’m sure he would get more business. In the middle of me trying to get the information to talk to a manager or owner she walked of from me and started taking orders.

I usually order from this Subway about once a week- no issues. I placed an order in the app today and when I arrived, they said they did not have an order. When I tried to show them the order on my phone as well as where my credit card was charged, they were not interested in looking at it. They told me I needed to call my bank. No attempt to solve the issue whatsoever. When I asked who the manager was, I found out it was who I was talking to and she implied she was the owner before finally admitting that she wasn't. I absolutely understand that app issues can happen but the fact that she didn't even want to try to solve it was where I took issue.

Not all Subways are the same. This is a pretty good one. Different staff every time I come in though…
